Gone, gone, completely beyond ‘this or that,’ ‘you or me,’ beyond samsara and nirvana to awakening and enlightenment to pure inner joy for all beings. It is only in this world of duality that we sense separation. Our Pure Absolute Self is vast ineffable awareness resting in Oneness, dissolving form into formlessness.

Mayumi chanted the Heart Sutra while doing the puzzle. She spoke to Dr Bonas, the creator of the meditation puzzles that the Heart Sutra is a difficult puzzle.
To address the feelings of difficulty Dr Bonas—or Noe as Mayumi calls her—suggested that she chant the Heart Sutra more times while searching for puzzle pieces which she found helpful to reduce frustrations and expand awareness.
Dr Bonas always knew that this Heart Sutra puzzle would be the most difficult puzzle we created, yet the Heart Sutra is a very profound meditation worth our sincere investigation.
